:: Missing items

All goods are scanned before being dispatched to customers. If an item is missing off your order and you have not been informed that this ‘item is to follow' or 'Backordered' when in stock, you must inform a member of our Customer services within 48Hrs of delivery, Vision Retailing Ltd will not be responsible for loss of items due to negligent of these conditions. Missing items or ‘items to follow' will NOT incur an extra delivery charge.

:: Orders returned due to no consignee on delivery

Goods purchased from Vision Retailing Ltd will be sent either by Royal Mail or Initial City Link. To find out which courier your order has/may travel with please contact a member of our customer services

Initial City Link (Delivery :: 9am – 5pm)
All packages sent via Initial City Link must be accepted with a signature. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to the Initial City Link Depot unless authorisation has been given by Vision Retailing Ltd for the package to be left with a neighbour or similar. Initial City Link will attempt delivery of the package on two separate occasions, if delivery is failed on both occasions the package will then be held at your local Initial City Link depot for three days while arrangements are made for delivery/collection. Vision Retailing Ltd will not allow collection from the depot without pre-authorisation. To arrange collection please contact a member of our customer services.

Royal Mail (Delivery :: Early – 5pm)
Packages sent via Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. If a consignee is not available at the time of delivery the package will be returned to your local sorting office for a period of 7 days, failure to collect the goods within these set 7 days the goods will be returned to Vision Retailing Ltd . To collect from your local sorting office you must obtain your Royal Mail tracking reference, to obtain this reference please contact a member of our customer services.

Re-Delivery
If it is required for goods to be re-dispatched due to their return to Vision Retailing Ltd for reasons stated in the above paragraphs you will incur a second delivery charge. Re-delivery of goods is a set cost

:: Return of faulty goods within 14 days

If there is a fault with your product you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for repair, replacement or refund: please phone Customer Services (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday)

All returns must have a valid Returns Number ( RMA#). All RMA's must be received within 14 days of the RMA issue date.

Returns will take approximately 6 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". Vision Retailing Ltd will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods

Any RMA returned found not to be defective or faults are caused by accident, neglect or misuse the customer may incur a return freight charge, this will be charged to the credit card. This is a set charge of £4.90 inc VAT.

When an item is to be replaced or refunded the goods must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

:: Return on unused merchandise

Unused merchandise ordered through our website may be returned for any reason within 21 days of purchase. Please ensure that the merchandise is in new condition with all labels and tags attached otherwise we will not accept the return. When your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.

Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods.

Our promise to replace products or refund your money does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

      • All goods and services described on this site are subject to E&OE.
      • All offers are subject to availability and maybe changed or withdrawn at any time.
      • All goods must be delivered to the card holders/credit checked address; deliveries to any other UK address are subject to faxed proof of ID and residency.
      • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered package prior to signing for it. If the package is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, opened or resealed in any way then the customer should inspect the goods before signing the drivers manifest.
      • Any shortages not mentioned on the invoice must be reported within 48Hrs via phone, the company will not accept responsibility for any shortages unless the described procedure has been adhered to.
      • None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
      • Whilst every care and effort has been taken during the construction and publication of this site and the pages it contains, Vision Retailing Ltd cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of the information contained on these pages, or any claim arising from it.
